Scope
The dataset has been developed for the pathological reporting of carcinomas of the gallbladder and the cystic duct. It includes resection specimens designated as cholecystectomy. Cytologic specimens are excluded. Neuroendocrine carcinomas, mixed neuroendocrine-non-neuroendocrine neoplasm and amphicrine-like carcinoma are included. Well differentiated neuroendocrine tumours and non-epithelial malignancies are not included.
