The 9th edition of the Union for International Cancer Control (UICC) TNM Classification of Malignant Tumours is now available. This new edition provides the latest, internationally agreed-upon standards to describe and categorise cancer stage, resulting in global consistency in oncology care. The 9th edition also reflects a growing emphasis on personalised care.

We are also pleased to announce that a new Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between the UICC and International Collaboration on Cancer Reporting (ICCR). This agreement enables the publication of the 9th edition of the UICC TNM Classification of Malignant Tumours in our datasets.

The ICCR looks forward to continued close collaboration with the UICC.
