ICCR Fundraising campaign
December 2025

As a non-for-profit organisation the ICCR are pleased to launch our Fundraising campaign. Funding is needed to ensure we can continue delivering datasets for worldwide use. The ICCR datasets are developed by global experts using a proven, evidence-based process which incorporates a period of international review. Using the ICCR datasets or incorporating the internationally agreed elements into local or national protocols, means that pathologists around the world can contribute to improved cancer data ascertainment at a global level and improve cancer patient outcomes worldwide.

The ICCR has a particular interest in improving utilisation of cancer pathology datasets within Low- and Middle-Income Countries (LMICs). We have recently formed an LMIC committee to support this mission.

Currently, the ICCR budget is very limited. The ICCR utilises sponsorships and donations exclusively to fund our four workstreams and associated project managers: Dataset Development, Translation, Implementation and Education. All medical positions from Executive Team members to Dataset authors are entirely voluntary. Further information on our current projects and initiatives can be found in the 2025 Annual Report.
