A suite of ICCR Bone and Soft Tissue datasets have recently been published.

The six datasets have been developed for:

Primary Tumour in Bone – Biopsy specimens
Primary Tumour in Bone – Resection specimens
Soft Tissue Sarcoma – Biopsy specimens
Soft Tissue Sarcoma – Resection specimens
Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumour (GIST) – Biopsy specimens
Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumour (GIST) – Resection specimens
