Brazilian Society of Pathology and German Society of Pathology

ICCR warmly welcomes 2 new Members, the Brazilian Society of Pathology (SBP) and the German Society of Pathology (DGP).  We welcome the contribution and input from the Directors and organisations.

Brazilian Society of Pathology (SBP) 
ICCR welcomes the Brazilian Society of Pathology (SBP) as a new sustaining member of the ICCR. SBP was founded on August 5, 1954 with the aim to promote the union of specialists in Pathology, through the technical and scientific improvement and the integration among medical pathologists.

Dr Leite is President-Elect of the SBP and is joining the ICCR Board of Directors and Dr Fabio Tavora will be the SBP representative on the Dataset Steering Committee.

German Society of Pathology (DGP)
ICCR welcomes the German Society of Pathology (DGP) as a new sustaining member of the ICCR. The Chairman of the German Society of Pathology Professor Peter Schirmacher is joining the ICCR Board of Directors. The DGP was founded in 1897 and promotes medical concerns to assist in research and fight disease. The Society organises conferences and provides information on the latest findings from theory and practice of pathology
